Loved the coffee shop and so many pool areas/bars/restaurants. Particularly liked the unique beach and breakfast/bar area. Also extra touches for birthday with banner, balloons etc. We brought hang up dehumidifier disposable bags which worked great as high humidity and aircon.

Traveled as a family of 4 with a 4 year old boy and 6 month old boy . Incredible service from our butler Senel , he is very kind , helpful and provides amazing service . He was so kind to our 4 year old and always made sure to chat with him. The Unique beachfront breakfast next to the beach club and unique beach area is an excellent touch . Very impressed with this hotel and the kind people who work there .

The Unique Club and Atlantico buffets were excellent, and we truly enjoyed the upscale dining experiences at the steakhouse, Mexican, hibachi, French, and Mediterranean restaurants. Every restaurant felt like a five-star experience. We were very pleased with all the services provided throughout our trip, thanks to the outstanding staff who made everything exceptional.

It was great but the pool should have a bar inside. The waiters take forever to bring you drinks while inside the pool. I travel a lot and it’s the only thing I didn’t like. Please consider putting a bar in the pool thank you.

The property was clean and beautiful beach. Separated sides for Unique club. The room was clean and spacious, housekeeping did well. There were many restaurants to chose from. Be sure to make reservations when you arrive. The entertainment was nice, the service from staff was attentive. This resort is massive so I would recommend at least a 5 day stay to fully enjoy. If you chose Unique ask for Fermin as your Butler, he was phenomenal!!
