We arrived very late but had notified the hotel. Very difficult trying to get them to answer. The hotel offer said 24 hour airport shuttle included. It was not true. Had to pay $40 to the hotel. Once we arrived it took over 45 minutes for them to get the door to our room open. Honestly, I want my money back.

This hotel room has so many bugs inside and I got bitten all over my body. The television only worked sometimes and there was a pile of ants by the balcony door. Housekeeping did not clean our room. The mini refrigerator was dirty and it wasn’t cold. I would not be staying here again.
