Very bad experience The room was dirty, with mold everywhere, including the bathroom. The place felt unsafe because the door was broken. The hotel name and address listed online are incorrect, and no one answers calls or messages. I left due to the terrible conditions, but they refused to refund my money. I do not recommend this hotel.

Not friendly not clean place Manager and staff very ruthless and unfriendly. You can’t even walk away from my place without being rude and disrespectful. Place very NOISY Very NOISY. And very unprofessional management. No body from staff don’t have any respect . You can see how they don’t care I ask one s if I can sweat size by the pool because of very hot and sunny . Staff very unfriendly said NO I was Bern and damaged this day having headache next day I m not recommending at all this place . . Ones I was a victim of the conversion how this place targeted another people double price of it be on first order . This people was already in Dominican and didn’t have another place they was forced to pay double price for this location so what was lying from “Sunny Suittes “ Not recommending this place !!!!!!

The name of the SUNNY SUITES doesn't exist. The name is SOL CARIBE or TROPICANA, and the advertisement is misleading. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only around the swimming pool and it is a weak connection. No private beach, we had to walk in alleys flooded with water to get to the beach. No water for one day, it was very disgusting with the toilet smell without water to flush, and even the electricity was off for a few hours.

The toilet bowl lid is broken - the bathroom drain is very slow to drain and has no shower curtain - after shower the bathroom feels flooded with the toilet bowl very wet - no paper towels - supplied with half a roll of toilet paper - the kitchen sink faucet is “locked in” one place and washing was difficult - air condition barely cooled the room - windows with broken screens - empty water cooler jug

This hotel is not located on the address that it shows and is in fact not in front of the beach. The images are of another resort, which they also used the address of called villa beach club. Upon arriving we discovered that we would be charged 27 cents per watt of electricity we used and would be charged 45$ every time house keeping came. We were also asked to sign a document that said we were happy and satisfied with the rooms but were not allowed to see the rooms before signing and told we could check in without signing. The location is very central to punta cana and the price is a bit cheaper than hotel near by on the beach, but not so much so that I would ever justify coming here.

Title: Great location, but the room condition and management issues made the stay very frustrating We stayed for 7 nights (Dec 22–29) in a Classic Studio with Balcony, Pool View (2 adults + 1 teenager). Unfortunately, despite the excellent location, we would not stay here again. Room condition was poor from the start. The closet was dirty and damaged (holes) and there were no hangers. There was no proper mirror in the room—only a very small vanity mirror by the sink. The electrical outlets were mostly broken, and the only usable ones were one in the kitchen and one near the vanity. They even placed a lamp on the table that was essentially decorative because there was no outlet to plug it into. The refrigerator looked extremely old (like from the 1990s) and had visible rust. The patio sliding glass door did not work properly and would not close completely, which was uncomfortable and concerning. Service and responsiveness were also disappointing. The front desk staff member we dealt with was not cooperative and did not seem to listen, even after we requested multiple times to switch rooms due to the condition. We were also given multiple Wi-Fi passwords, but the signal was so weak that it basically didn’t work. We ended up using our eSIM/mobile data for most of the trip. The final day was the worst part: there was no water at all throughout the complex, meaning we could not use the toilet, sink, or shower. We had to go to a nearby restaurant just to use the bathroom.

Real Punta Cana is even better than in pictures! A wonderful location with everything literally you need in walking distance. We can recommend Beach bar Soles and buggies Excursions on Macao Beach.

The room was dirty with cockroaches, the Furniture was falling apart. The microwave did not work, the fridge froze all our food and did not have an adjustment. Ni private beach as it said it had in the description. But in all reality it was worth what we paid.

Was located about a 4 min from the beach, kats corner offers the free breakfast that was delicious, we missed one morning due to an excursion but got 2 the next day to go. Pool was refreshing, shower head wouldn’t stay up but didn’t really matter as it was a sprayer head, light over sink didn’t work but again, was a great price and not at home in the snow so really can’t complain about anything
