Check in was terrible, specially the staff at the check in counter. 5 hours to give us our room, and no solutions or answers, when we finally got the room, it had several problemas. Leaks Near the shower, minibar not connected, no toiletries, mildew smell. After complaining about the room to several People only one concierge helped us, Stalin. He change our room and hopefully Will help us get that first night refund.

The shower was so stink that my kids did not want to get inside - really stink!!! Secondly, my kid got stuck in the toilet because the lock was broken. We tried to call for help, but the phone was not even working.

Here’s a polished, clear, and professional version of your review. If you’d like it to sound more formal, more emotional, shorter, or more detailed, just tell me: ⸻ Review: Our stay was extremely disappointing, and the property is in urgent need of renovation. We encountered cockroaches in both the room and the hallways. The door moldings were coming off with exposed nails, the ceiling was leaking with pieces falling down, and a picture hanging on the wall even fell and nearly hit my husband. The shower drain was also completely clogged. The issues didn’t stop with the room. The front desk staff were very unprofessional and made both check-in and check-out unnecessarily difficult. We had booked five rooms, and upon checkout, two of them were incorrectly charged for purchases we never made. Resolving these errors took far more time and effort than it should have. Overall, this was an unsafe and frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this property until serious improvements are made. Considering the size of the property, it would be extremely helpful to have a shuttle running continuously to assist guests in getting from one side to the other. As it is now, the layout is absolutely not designed with accessibility in mind, and it is especially challenging for guests with disabilities.

The room was amazing and the property is top-notch. The amenities, including pools, cabanas, photography services, food and restaurants were all very very good. The most amazing part, though, were the people. We had two butlers, Jesus and Joel, and they both went above and beyond to make our stay great, from making reservations for us to reserving pool chairs. All of the other staff was great and friendly and helpful too. We chose to join the "Diamond Club" and it was a very good choice, giving us access to Jesus and Joel and giving us some nice perks, including a separate pool, better beachfront chairs and pool chairs, and other nice priority items.

Overall, my experience was okay. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself is not in great condition. The room smelled musty, as if it had been closed for a long time, and there was noticeable humidity. Parts of the lobby roof were leaking. The restaurants were average. The steakhouse tended to overcook the steaks, the Italian restaurant was just okay, and the Brazilian steakhouse tasted good but only offered one round of food. The pools were clean and enjoyable, and room service was excellent. We took three excursions, which were fine, but the areas surrounding the hotel were quite dirty. You also need to be cautious with the street vendors outside the property. The buffet was hit-or-miss—some days the food looked fresh, other days it didn’t. Overall, I would rate the experience 3 out of 5.

Although check-in coyld be faster, the staff was super friendly & accommodating. Special thanks to Danilo in the front desk for his smile, Jose for a friendly service in the grill are at the dinner buffet, and Franklin service at the bar by the beach. This property is from 2018 and needs a lot of maintenance, buffet seat are slashed , shower in my room with mold stain , saw a bartender in a barbecue area take dirty cups just rinse with water and use again with other customers, the staff in all areas are terrible customer service , When I check in they assign me a concierge He call me at the room phone number and have his phone number to text any thing I need , so I text that I need a reservation to the steak house he answered that he is gonna make it and let me know , well 5 days later I was leaving the hotel and never contact me again , that day sent me a text saying if i can rate the hotel with 5 stars to do his job not worthless , his name is Steve So if you don’t wanna waste your money don go to this hotel !!!

From day one our room smelled like mold and mildew. We complained and moved 2 days in and the next room smelled like something dead after a day of being in it. So we called and complained and they told us it’s not in the room, the room clean but there may be something dead in the vent. Some of the waiters are not so friendly, very rude and may just dislike African Americans. But there were a lot of nice ones. Big shout out to Luis, Everett and yennifer

Staff was nice and very helpful! The food could’ve been a. Little better. It was hard to try to get reservations for restaurants.

The vibe of the hotel was excellent. I had a great time and was never bored. From live performances, to the casino, or just chilling out on the beach it was a time to be had. The staff were very helpful and also made sure my room was always clean or attended to any of my requests. The food was also great. I always had seconds. Would definitely recommend
