The apartment was spacious, clean and had the basics (towels, shower gel/shampoo). The washing machine was nice. Would have been better if there was a tiny amount of dish soap to wash the dishes, and a kettle or non-useless coffee maker. I was annoyed because I booked based on the photo of a balcony with some chairs looking across a courtyard, but I got no private outside space, and a view of the very loud and busy road. The dude who followed us up to the room and then pretended to check fuses and lights and hang around waiting for a tip didn't impress.

Positives: The rooms are very nice, clean, spacious, modern, and well-furnished. The property is attractive and convenient (though on a busy main road and intersection so somewhat noisy). Negatives: We sat and waited a LONG time (35-40 mins) even though we arrived after 3pm check in time.The desk staff was nice but no sense of urgency and cleaning staff even more so. And lobby was not busy, so they were not overwhelmed. No one helped us. We are a retired couple and my husband walks with a walker and was clearly not well. We had multiple suitcases and struggling. We handled it alone with a lobby full of staff watching us. Plus gave us room long walk and far away from elevator. No awareness. TV volume would only go to a whisper level. We had to read the movie because could not hear it. And no international news channels. Since property and rooms are nice, I would recommend for a longer stay where you have a car. But understand it is more of an apartment and you are mostly on your own,

From the listing, it was unclear whether there would be two beds or two full bedrooms; it turned out to be the latter, and the apartment was huge. It was a high-quality place in a great location. The gym could use some work—there were issues with the A/C, lights, and treadmills—but it appears these will be addressed in the coming weeks. It could also provide paper towels with cleaner so users can clean up after themselves.

Significantly larger than any of the other hotels around, it’s basically a mini 1 bedroom apt, cute little balcony and 5 pools. The staff onsite are great as well, very nice and helpful. There is everything you need downstairs but if you’re willing to walk a bit there is a larger grocery store to your right about 5 minutes walk. Overall 5 stars.

We we’re not able to stay at property, had to fly home early as my partner was hospitalized in the Dominican and we had to return home early. No compassion from property for refund, provided proof and everything… unbelievable. Don’t recommend!

The property is good. Spacious and good amount of sunbeds. The issue with the property is cleanliness. My room had: 1) Blood stains on the curtains 2) Toilet had not been cleaned properly. There were yellow stains on the toilet bowl. 3) Blanket had stains. 4) Sofa was heavily stained. 5) Dirty tissues and dirt in the kitchen drawers. 6) Used water bottle and ice cubes in the freezer. I extended my stay by 2 days and booked a smaller room (1 bed instead of 2) and it was better. But I noticed there is a lack of consistency between the rooms. Original room had shaving set, body lotion and shower cap. Next room had body lotion and 2 shower caps. Original room did not have anywhere to hang wet clothes, 2nd room did. There were 2 towels provided for both rentals. But that doesn't make sense as the original fits 4 people and the 2nd only 2.
