My trip to the Princess Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The property is stunning, clean, and full of positive energy, the kind of place that makes you forget all your worries the moment you arrive. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food was excellent at every restaurant, and the drinks were always cold and refreshing. There was always something fun to do, from relaxing on the beach to enjoying the nightly entertainment. What truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. Every staff member went above and beyond, but the Hospitality Manager deserves special recognition. He made my wife’s birthday so special and absolutely amazing. From the warm gestures to the thoughtful surprises, his kindness and professionalism created memories we will never forget. If you are looking for a resort that combines luxury, comfort, great food, and genuine care for its guests, Princess Punta Cana Resort is the perfect destination. I cannot wait to go back.

The rooms are extremely outdated, the light covering were dirty the jacuzzi jets need to be cleaned as well, The food was ok i with they offered more meats for those who dont eat pork. Lastly the resort was nothing compared to the photos it showed once we arrived. The staff and service were beyond amazing!! I also received an amazing massage.

Smelled like mold on the room. The pool was run down and the food was basic. Beach was filled with seaweed. Pretty property though. And the entertainment that came included by the sister property next door was good

This was our 2nd time to PCP because every staff member makes you feel like family and is genuinely happy to see you! We had a couple minor hiccups but nothing to share about. I'm sure we will become one of the many that are return visitors! We love you Familia!

The staff was very nice, the rooms are just ok. We had an air conditioning problem and they moved us to another room. The resort is near a swamp and is infested with no see ums. We actually bought a mosquito net so we could sleep. The food is ok, sometimes way too salty with limited variety. We stay in a lot of resorts here in the DR and would rate this as average or slightly below average.

Resort is a 3 star at best. I don’t expect super good food when all inclusive, but this food was almost inedible. Breakfast meats are hotdogs or fried salami, everything is cold. You can’t find salsa around anywhere, but canned powdered cheese dip is what you get even at restaurants. 3 days into our trip we woke up to the 1 and only pool drained empty, and were told to use the pools at the sister resort which are not adult only. We finally got to use our pool the day before we left. The AC will never get below 77degrees in the room, and the water never very hot. Paid a lot extra for honeymoon suite, which was not at all like the pictures. Is not 2 stories and is the same size as standard rooms. Should receive some money back for having no pool for half our vacation.

From a leaking roof, to water running down my walls on my first night there…moved to a 2nd roof at 5am, only to encounter numerous issues in THAT room, AC barely working, to a newly installed bathroom fan with no electrical switch to turn it on, and after this was explained to guest services, nothing was done, a large gap in my door jamb, so hot air constantly coming in, a large gap ALL the way door my sliding door onto balcony...my stay was horrendous. Alexander at guest services can be very rude, Joel, one of the managers sat there like a lump on a log, without much or any input to these issues. Offered to move me to a sister hotel, whose reviews were horrible and mentioned a lot of the same troubles I was encountering…I declined because why change one set of problems for another?! The pool, most days, not cleaned properly, bird poop floating everywhere, and very obvious, and numerous, spots of mildew. Food was horrible, and often cold at dinner time, despite showing up right at 6:30 when they opened. It was four days before I saw a vegtable other than potatoes. The majority of the staff looked like they’d rather be getting a root canal. The spa is HORRIBLY overpriced and definately not worth your hard earned money. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I really, truly can’t say this loud enough. Do I have pictures and videos of all the room issues? You bet I do!! As for the ‘canned’ response that undoubtedly will come from the General Manager…don’t bother!

This property is a great price for what it offers, but has a hidden cost. We experienced racism of varying degrees from most of the staff due to being U.S. citizens. We found out all the other Americans staying there were experiencing similar issues as well. A sobering reminder of the times we live in. Not a good place to travel to at this time. The food was pretty bad too in most restaurants, including food supposedly from their own country. Drinks were not bad depending on bar tender. This property is a direct reminder that you get what you pay for.

It was very disappointing to pay for two days and not be able to change my stay from one person in the room to two. My fiancé came later in the day and I made a mistake of putting one person on the room. I offered to stay for the one night so my fiancé could stay the night as I traveled 7000km to see her for the week and we wanted a night at a resort together. The staff in the reception did not make any exceptions and my finance had to leave . I didn’t even stay at the resort the second night even though it was paid in full. Never again at this place.

The staff was unpolite at ocations, like if they were doing us a favor for the minimal (asking for water as example). The surroundings of the hotel are in very bad conditions. The most problematic thing was that it was confusing to get to the hotel, you don’t receive any recommendation before arriving, you just have to figure out how to get to the hotel considering you are foreigner, without internet access at the airport, I got confused at arrived to a different princess hotel (because they have like 3 or more in Punta Cana)

My 3rd time there and absolutely love the service. Rooms are big and clean. Small quiet resort everything is a walking distance. Food is Amazing. Staff are extremely friendly and sweet. Booking excursions is very easy and affordable. Had a great time. Will be back.
