For the price that I paid for the room, it was not worth it. The staff at the pool was harassing, even when we tried to provide ID for the adult and we pull they continued to be harassing to my party. The noise level around the room was uncalled for And the walls are thin, and I could hear every conversation outside of the room no list of rules or regulations was provided, though we were continually being told. This was against their policy such as propping the front door open as I was taking a phone call right outside the door.

The staff were courteous. There were a number of problems with the room--door key kept not working, TV broken, A/C poor, toilet handle broke. Took maintenance a long time to address our issues.

The staff were great! The grounds are well kept and the evening dining was good. The rooms are a little dated but are clean. The lobby shows were fun and the other travelers there were pleasant. I will definitely be going back. In a lot of instances you get what you pay for however this property absolutely over delivered in that aspect. Excellent value and overall great stay. The only thing I would recommend they improve upon is the daily lunch buffet.

When we were taken to our room, my husband and I were given a room with 2 twin beds and another roll-away twin bed in the "living room area"..what?? This is a room for a married couple? Anyway, I asked for another room, and we were quickly moved. From then on, the little "hiccups" kept coming. From not working Air conditioning, (yes we asked to have it looked at, to no avail) no handles on outside patio door, with no locks as well, to broken door handles in the bathroom, to the flooding where the toilet is due to where the shower is......now to the food/restaurants...just a hard pass. Each day it never got better. The beach bar restaurant was the worst. Dead geckos in the slightly melted cheese sauce for nachos, dead bees in the syrup in the main buffet restaurant. Some of the staff were Excellent....Frances, Ordalina, and the kind young man selling for the spa. Beyond nice and always greeted with a smile. There were far too many staff that, when spoken to, acted as if we were bothering them. Getting a drink at the swim-up bar, on the swim-up side, was incredibly difficult and always seemed to be bothering them. We are tippers, at each and every meal. It became obvious, that we needed to literally hand our tip to the person who'd earned the tip, or anyone else would grab it. One time, the mgr dude at the buffet, scooped up the tip before we'd even gotten all the way out of our chairs. The Did Not sit well for the rest of the trip. We will NOT return.
