Paseo Playa Coral is a new luxury residential, launched in December 2021. Located in the heart of Bavaro, just 1 minute walk from the sea, this project introduces a new concept of vacation rental with hotel-type units. It has more than 40 apartments with 1 bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms,private terrace and a huge shared swimming pool. We have a concierge and reception service that will help make your stay more pleasant.
The 1 bedroom Penthouse is just the unique spot within this new project as it is the only unit with a straight view to the beautifful blui water water sea. It consists of an integrated kitchen and living room. In the living room you can find a foldable sofa (Queen sizebed) and a full bathroom. Then the main bedroom consisting of a king bed, dressing room and full bathroom. It is completed with a private juge terrace with a dining room and lounge overlooking the pool and the sea.
The whole apartment is yours. There is no one else to share with. The swimming pool is shared. You will access to the residential through a security checkpoint available 24-7 straight to the parking.
You can access the apartment either by stairs or elevator.
