The location did not meet our expectations, we left after staying only for one night. The room was clean but there was unfinished flooring (raw concrete) under a rug. The shower did not drain properly. The staff was friendly.

Everything was great about the stay, nothing to complain! The check in was super easy; the host coordinated with me on my arrival time and was available to show me around the property, give me dinner recommendations etc. The room was cozy and clean. My rental car was parked in front of the property during the nights and it was completely safe. It's in a quiet block (don't mistake "quiet" for "shady"!), but also very close to all the restaurants and the beach. Most importantly, I traveled solo, and I felt super safe within and around the hotel - it was perfect for my needs.

This property was very clean and quiet. Google maps did not get the cab driver there and even though the operating hours say 11pm, we woke up a tenant to let us in. It is budget friendly and a 10 minute walk to beaches and restaurants.

Needs fine tuning

It was very clean comfortable safe and quiet. But hot water just not enough of it ran out on every shower. They don't clean your room if you stay there for a week and they won't go in it without you there even if there's a problem you have to be there like it's your own house. We were there for a week and they only give you one roll of toilet paper at a time and I ran out at night at about 7:00 and they said they would deliver it the next day at 11:00. Since you know you can't drink the water here I would expect they should have put at least a bottle of water in the room but they don't. The location that hotels.com show it's incorrect it shows very near the beach but it is actually on that same road but another 400 m farther away from the beach. To unlock the front door at the hotel you just stick your hand through the door and wiggle a lock. And I never saw a person at work there other than one cleaning lady and a person that delivered the toilet paper and towels.

A nice hotel with a very poor management. The manager is not on the location and doesn’t respond to texts or phone on a timely manner. The reception area is full of junk and they put under age girl who has no idea what yo do . The management has to work on their communication skill. The hotel is really nice

Great experience, very nice rooms very friendly and accommodating staff, including the owner Katerina. Great location about 3 blocks from all shoppings and restaurants and 5 blocks from the beach. Highly recommended!
