Welcome to N1, a spacious and well-furnished first floor villa located just steps from the beautiful white sand beach of Los Corales, one of the most beloved and well-kept beaches in Bávaro, Punta Cana.
THE VILLA
N1 is a comfortable, fully equipped home away from home. It features 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 spacious bathrooms, a large living and dining area, and a private terrace and patio with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, washer, and dryer are all included. Electricity and all utilities are included in your rate, no surprises.
THE BEACH
Los Corales beach is less than a 2-minute walk from the front door. It is a calm and well-maintained stretch of white sand coastline with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas available for guests. The beach has a friendly staff and a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere that sets it apart from the big resort beaches nearby.
THE COMMUNITY
The complex has a community pool, free parking, and 24-hour security. Everything you need for a comfortable day-to-day is within walking distance: supermarkets, fruit stands, bakeries, a pharmacy, an exchange office, ATMs, bars, restaurants, and a tour office right in front of the complex where you can book local excursions and activities.
A 20-minute drive takes you to a full shopping center with a supermarket, banks, shops, and a cinema. For adventure seekers, Macao Bay, famous for its wild nature, world-class surfing, and fresh grilled lobster, is just 20 minutes away.
A NOTE ON SARGASSUM (JUNE TO AUGUST)
Like all beaches on this coastline, Los Corales can experience seasonal Sargassum seaweed between June and August. The amount varies day to day and is entirely natural. The beach staff works daily to maintain the shoreline. If conditions are less than ideal during your stay, we are happy to point you to nearby beaches protected by natural rock formations where the water stays crystal clear year-round.
