Excelente experiencia. Nuestra estadía de tres noches en el Melia Wellness fue grandiosa. El staff hizo todo lo posible porque así fuera. La habitación estuvo espectacular, el buffet y varias de las comidas en los restaurantes. Las facilidades, en especial la piscina y el spa son excelentes. El circuito, seguido de un masaje, está súper recomendado. Las atenciones por parte de Sandy (mayordomo asignado) fueron muy buenas y sobrepasaron la expectativa. Su atención, sin duda hizo la diferencia. De igual forma Helena en la barra del lobby nos dio un gran trato. En fin, unas vacaciones que repetiríamos sin pensarlo.

The staffs are so good and have an excellent customer service, from Natividad, Wallinton on the front desk, Rosaura on the bar in the lobby, the Dancer and happy guy with black shirt on the dinner restaurant in the lobby, sorry i don't remember the name but everybody was so good but they have to make some fix on the property, i understand the resort has a different structure but i think so is time to renovate and maintenance their name in the highest.

The Melia Punta Cana Beach is an amazing adults only all inclusive resort. What sets this resort apart is its focus on Wellness as an underlying theme. A lot of menu items at the various restaurants are prepared with your health in mind, fresh local ingredients combine with the chef's expertise to create delicious meals. Yoga, Pilates, and agua classes are scheduled throughout the day to drop in as you wish. Other cultural classes like larimar, sugar cane, and cocao workshops are offered throughout the week. Additionally, this resort features the YHI SPA. I spent many hours partaking in their various massages, wraps, and facials. The women were very professional and experienced in their areas. I highly recommend Yolanda. I can't forget the beautiful pool area with a separate quieter area for Level members. I highly recommend purchasing a Level room if you want extra rest and relaxation for your stay. You have access to a private restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that in and of itself makes it worth it. The pool area is surrounded with cabanas and chairs under palm huts. You have the perfect blend of sun and shade. My advice is to get to the pool by 10 am if you want a cabana as these go quickly. Last but certainly not least is the beach area. Lovely blue green Caribbean waters and white sand make this the perfect place for photos. Rent a cabana and spend the day on the beach. You will not be disappointed, the ocean sounds, breeze, cocktail service. Excellent!!

Quiero comenzar diciendo que la propiedad es muy bonita , ideal para quienes busquen más silencio y relax. También quiero mencionar y felicitar al equipo de entetenimiento, a Luisa y Miguel de Quimera y al personal que maneja los carritos de golf. Fueron muy serviciales, amables y creo que marcaron la diferencia. Pero también quisiera comentar sobre el hotel y puntos de mejora: Realmente es necesario mejorar en la calidad de la comida y su presentación. En uno de los restaurantes a la carta en el menú decía 'linguini con langostinos', pero cuando nos sirvieron el plato venían 3-4 camarones pequeños. Nunca se nos indicó esto al momento de ordenar y solo nos dijeron que así se sirve el plato y que es un "error de impresión". Lo cual no es así, siemplemente una respuesta vaga, e información engañosas. En cuanto al servicio le falta demasiado, como hotelera de profesión, realmente esto deja mucho que decir. La mayoría de meseros y personal de cocina no tenían una buena actitud, ahora no sé cómo son las condiciones de trabajo y entiendo que hace calor, por lo que el hotel también debe mejorar eso para tener un mejor servicio. La coctelería también es muy básica, nada era hecho con fruta real sino con preparados y no puedo decir que hubo un buen coctel ni que disfrutara mucho. Por último, hice el upgrade a 'The Level' y no siento que haya valido la pena. La forma en la que se nos vendió este upgrade tampoco fue clara y nada de lo esperado ni comentado.

Pools were dirty. The long check-in process was unnecessary. Food was okay. The daily activity texts from the staff was a bit much. Needed a ride to the entry gate to get picked up by tour guides or uber and they didn’t always want to take us. Extremely hot and not enough fans. Overall the staff was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The property is beautiful and the staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly and kind! The only issues were - and I think due to booking with Expedia - that transportation from the airport to the resort is not included even though it was mentioned on their website. It cost us about $25CAD to get to the resort and $40CAD to return to the airport. The other issue was that Expedia says you get $150CAD resort credit but it’s actually vouchers that cannot be combined and have a min. spend. So for example, we had 4 $20 vouchers for the spa. But after we got there, they let us know we could only use 2 of them - 1 per person, per service. These aren’t huge issues but important to note for people booking to make sure they budget a little bit more for the trip. Nonetheless, the room and resort were great and I would recommend it to others! There are a number of activities to do each day, although keep in mind that the schedule was not always 100% accurate. Probably because we came in low season and so some restaurants were closed for a few days or activities were canceled. The pool and beach were so so lovely and even though we came in wet season, we got very little rain! Drink service was yum and the shuttle drivers were so fun! Huge thank you to the staff for making the stay so lovely.

Our stay at Meliá Punta Cana Beach Resort was an amazing experience for my boyfriend and I. We were there celebrating my cousin’s 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed. The resort grounds were absolutely gorgeous, clean, serene, and relaxing, with plenty of quiet spots perfect for unwinding or taking beautiful photos. The beach was stunning, and we loved that the tram made it easy to get around the resort. One of the best parts was being at an all-inclusive resort, which made everything so convenient. Food was available until 11 PM daily, and our favorite spots were Serendipia for breakfast and snacks, and Mosaico for dinner. One of our most memorable nights was when the staff hosted face painting, a Taino performance, and danced with the guests, it was so much fun and truly special. YHI spa experience was also wonderful. I had a body treatment with Alvaro, who was incredibly patient, gentle, kind, and accommodating. For the most part, the staff was warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout goes to our concierge at the Level, Jenfry (aka MJ), he was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From checking in on us via WhatsApp to keeping us informed about daily events and always stopping to chat whenever we saw him around the resort, Jenfry truly made our stay exceptional. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and memorable getaway.

Beautiful beach and amazing pool! Swim up bar is in an ideal location and staff was incredible! They also have shuttle service running at all times to get you around the resort quickly. We did run into a few issues with our safe in the room not working, but staff quickly handled it and got us up and running.

As an adults-only, wellness-focused resort, it truly exceeded all expectations and offered a rejuvenating experience from start to finish. The resort's Wellbeing 360 Experience is beautifully integrated into every part of your stay. From sunrise yoga by the beach to sunset meditation, sound healing, and wellness workshops, there's something deeply nourishing for everyone. The YHI Spa is an oasis of tranquility—after a signature massage and hydrotherapy session, I felt completely renewed. The dining was another highlight. Healthy, gourmet meals full of flavor and fresh local ingredients were available at every turn. I loved that I could enjoy both wellness-focused options and indulgent treats without any guilt. I’m familiar with Meliá. I’ve experienced all. Meliá wellness rooms need to be updated. I guess you pay for what you get The food was great except the Japanese restaurant. Me n my guess waited 45-1 hour for someone to acknowledge and it wasn’t crowded. The manager did try to come to the rescue.
