The steak restaurant was good, buffet didn’t offer much compared to other hotels I’ve been too in the area. This is an average hotel to be inside cap cana , I would have thought it would have been better especially the service . There really isn’t much entertainment for kids , not considered a family friendly hotel , more like a senior resort . I would rate the hotel a 3 out of 10 .

Everything was good except when you register in front deck they introduce a some guys with blu shirts,they offer you a lunch in the another hotel in exchange for 90 minutes of my time, I didn’t want to accept but they keep insisting that has to change no is no.

I really wanted to love Dreams Cap Cana, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations. I was a Preferred Member, yet I didn’t feel like one. The “preferred” bar was so far from the pool that we constantly had to get out just to get a drink — and when I finally did, the drink I wanted was often out of stock. Overall, I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth for the Preferred upgrade. The resort itself is beautiful, but the service and convenience didn’t reflect the level of luxury I paid for.

We really enjoyed Dreams. The staff was amazing. My room was comfortable, theproperty was clean and the shows were great! The beach area could use some improvements. There could be more trees for shade and it needs to be cleaned everyday. The only other things that I would’ve like was more food options. The menu was the same all week and it became boring.

I would give this resort a 3.8/5. The property itself is very nice with multiple pools and the staff are very nice. No point in getting the preferred package compared to the regular package as there’s no way for the workers to distinguish if you’re a preferred guest or regular. There’s no wrist bands. The way the rooms look is probably the highlight of the resort. During off season the food options are very limited with the buffet being closed for lunch and dinner. The beach is rocky with brown water. Overall the property is still very nice and clean.
