Its an amazing property with vast area to explore. Lots of restaurants and the restaurant service is good as well. However, the pool bar experience was disappointing due to consistently poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and unclean drinks. The staff at the pool bar will never greet or acknowledge. Only one bar available for pool and beach area together, except for some special events. We ends up in buying liquor from outside (uber eats). The service at the restaurants and the lobby bar was excellent and staff were very friendly on all other areas except the pool.

Aridia met us with a smile and helped start our vacation to a perfect start! Swim up pools are a must in this hotel as the main pool gets very crowded and at times is nosy. Rooms are cleaned twice daily, room service is wonderful, rooms are located very close to buffet, beach and pool. Restaurants were all pretty good but you must! Reserve via app before your trip if you would like to go to them. Overall i would give this a 8.5/10. Downside at the beach you get bombarded with ppl trying to sell you something every 3-5 min.

The attentiveness and staff made the trip. Great location excursions are cheap and negotiable. Great for kids or adults only. Food was not what we expected but over all a great trip.

I like that staff was amazing. Hospitality was wonderful. I kept having problems with the pillows in my room smelling bad after the change the bed sheets. It happened 3 times in the week.The restaurant M.E.A.T gave me ribs last night. It was not cook and then then send me an order of the same dish and I got food poisoning this morning. Good was not fully cooke, but raw.

I found food to be the main issue during my stay since I saw no signs of what the food actually was, very little none pork options, the quality of food, etc overall, food has been mostly the same every day especially desserts which weren’t great at all. Also, while some staff was amazing and helpful, there’re quite a few rude staff members who made you wait for 20-25 minutes to get a drink or completely ignore you. I definitely expected more for a 5 star hotel!
