The house is very spacious, with multiple areas to relax and spend time—whether by the pool, in the living rooms, the garden, or the indoor patios.The service provided by the staff was warm, attentive, and kind. We bought groceries at a local supermarket and collaborated with them to create a menu, which made the experience even more special.The villa is just a five-minute walk to Las Minitas Beach. It is truly one of the best villas of its size that we have stayed in within this complex.

Overall Family Stay

Overall communication with the property owner was not great. I had put 6 guests and had wanted to add more, when I was told they could be added to a total of up to 10 guests it was requested to pay 2000 although this villa can take up to 15 guests. Please be weary of communication with the owner.
