The bed sheets it are very old, I think if the host purchases new sheets and organized the bed a little bit more this is a great location just need a little bit more love. And also, cushions needs to be replace as it has a lot of animals hairs in it.

The apartment was clean and a perfect pitstop the day before we takeoff to the airport. It was easy to book and get access. The host was very accommodating and responsive to every question I had in a timely manner.

The suite was clean and very well laid out, the appliances are all in Spanish instruction but still easy to work. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. The only problem we had was that our cab driver from the airport did not know where to drop us. We had to wonder the complex to find our building and unit but the residents were very helpful.

The host was very attentive and check-in and out was a breeze. The property listed did not match the actual apartment as it was outdated and some improvements is needed. One of the bedrooms had a mildew smell but the owner was made aware and stated they will have it fixed. Overall the location was perfect as well as the price.

I love the name of the property. It was peaceful and quiet and the local people are friendly. The parking was a little farther than I am used too but still doable. The room was lovely and well put together. I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. As a woman traveling alone, it was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. It is very close to the airport, shopping centers, supermarkets, hospital, and restaurants. There is no beach nearby and the pool is for residents only. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone staying short term and/or wants to stay close to the airport where it is safe and quiet.

Very clean in a new development area. It’s easy to get around Punta Cana Village by walking and easy to get an Uber to go outside the village. The owner was very nice and answer any questions I had quickly.

This is a pretty expensive property based on the actual conditions that has the apartment!! I paid 300 usd per night!! The kitchen is really bad, the balcony is pretty poor furniture and the fence is in bad condition, the furniture for the house it’s pretty basic!! It need a huge maintenance!!! If the owner doesn’t make an urgent overhaul for the property, it isn’t a good option to rent!!!!
