Las Palmas 12 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Las Palmas 12 has bedrooms – 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs in the guest house.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, closet with a safe, and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 1-3 have a TV, and 2 of the upstairs bedrooms also have a balcony overlooking the pool area.

VILLA STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have a Spanish- and English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
