Great beach property grounds are great cleanliness but you don't feel preferred clubs no bracelets staff always asking room number only lounge has better liquor no one really tells you much about property underwheling rooms are clean but miss that preferred touch also restaurant are ok just

We loved this hotel. It is a beautiful resort on a very nice beach. The service in all its areas was great because the whole staff was very nice. However, I would like to comment about a group of employees who really made the difference for being extremely polite, helpful and very accommodating. They were Bianca Guzman, Yameli Bello, Luz Mary Perez and Dany Acosta all from the Caoba Restaurant, Sauri Santana and Yeifri Jean (bartenders) and Ernesto Ortega from the enterteintment team.What a nice group of employees!!! Thank you all.

This resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly & kind from the minute you get there and even till the last moments you are there leaving. The beach was my absolute favorite part of the property, the water was clearer than the pool, no exaggeration. I will like to make a comment on the food, I disliked every restaurant BUT the cafe/buffet. The cafe & buffet had a lot of good food & different variety. The “restaurants” I felt tried too hard to make up fancy menus and being from the USA I felt the food choices were a mess and not tasty at all. If you like seasoned food & and even cultured Hispanic food, ur cafe & buffet will be your fav choice of dining. If you are younger & looking for a turned up resort, with hip hop music or any kind of party music & feel, this isn’t the place for you. The music is very much elevator music & it’s more of a relaxing environment. Just something to keep in mind. However I loved my stay here & I would come again.

We honeymoon-ed here for 4 nights, and it was perfect! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were beautiful, well-maintained, safe, and walkable. The food and drinks were delicious with lots of options, and all of the staff were very generous with portions when serving/ making drinks! The only thing I noticed was that the family and adult side have quite a bit of overlap, so if you’re very set on being at an adult-only resort, that might be a negative. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and plan to come back!!
