I use an electric scooter and this resort couldn't accommodate that. I couldn't enter the registration office, nor could I carry my scooter up 4 more stairs to get to an elevator to the room. Upon check in, she not only charged us for that night but also for the Jan 18-21 stay.

Nossa estada superou as expectativas. O hotel é ótimo, muito bem localizado, novo e bonito, com uma estrutura excelente de espreguiçadeiras nas piscinas e praia. Contam com 2 restaurantes e um serviço de alimentação variado que conta até com lagosta, maravilhosa inclusive, e bebidas para consumo na praia e piscina. Fornecem toalha de praia, os funcionários são extremamente educados, solícitos, bem humorados e eficientes...muito diferente das equipes que encontrei no Bahia Principe e Paradisus Palma Real, onde parecia que os funcionários iam te dar um tapa na cara se vc pedisse algo hahaha.

I don’t like the policy of having to wear arm bands. I don’t wish to shower and sleep with it on. I could have carried it with me instead. The room was okay but the sink plug was stuck and didn’t drain well, it lacked sockets to charge and the entire toilet seat was broken.

STAY HERE!!!!!! The hotel is clean and very beautiful. ALL of the staff were amazing and Joanna the beautiful receptionist was so accommodating and sweet. Expedia made so many mistakes with my booking that they refused to fix and I was traveling with my baby girl and was extremely scared but Joanna made sure I was okay and I cannot thank her enough! This hotel is located next to all the best things to do! It’s right down the street from Yeya’s Dominican restaurant which has the best food I’ve tasted while I was there. Please go and make sure you tip the staff!!! Trust me they ALL deserve it. This will be my home away from home whenever I’m in Punta Cana
