Cathrine is very welcoming and has great energy! Great dinning experience with David and senior Luis. We had an amazing view of the beach as well as great room service, both pools were clean and aesthetically pleasing great for pool selfies or group pictures and the Breakfast buffet was delicious lots of choices!

Above and beyond! The staff was incredibly kind, and I really liked the clean and modern look of the room. The food in their restaurants was delicious. Breakfast waa included ans the buffet option was perfect. The hotel has access to the beach; while it is not the best beach, it is not the worst either. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is conveniently close to downtown and the airport.

Great experience at HM Bavaro Beach. The location is perfect, right on the beach and everything is within walking distance. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely highlights, with a really nice vibe and great views, and the downstairs area was just as relaxing. Big shoutout to the bartender Eliezer, he made the experience even better. Super friendly, attentive, and his cocktails were excellent. He really knows what he’s doing and made every visit to the bar enjoyable. Overall, great atmosphere, great staff, and a perfect spot if you want a relaxed, boutique-style place in Punta Cana.
