The cleanliness of the room and our housekeeper Angela was amazing, there were a few issues to be fixed such as the tv losing signal, the ventilation needed to be cleaned but resolved within 2 hours same day. I had a great time on the offered excursions!! Very family friendly and you HAVE to get to meals early and the only thing that could improve is the room service is TRASH, only 3 choices and half the time it never showed up.

I’m honestly shocked this resort has so many good reviews, because our experience was not good. We arrived on my boyfriend’s birthday and the birthday package I ordered—banner, cake, champagne—wasn’t done at all. The room had a loose floor tile, the shower ran out of hot water, and the towels left white lint everywhere. The toilet stopped flushing (they did fix it), the remote didn’t work until replaced, and the patio door had no outside handle, making it almost impossible to open. There was no room service for our building, which was never mentioned when booking. Even the blow dryer didn’t work, and it took nearly an hour to get a new one before dinner. Food service was disappointing. I saw a cook leave the bathroom without washing her hands. At the buffet, drinks took forever and we were often ignored. One night we didn’t get our wine until after we finished eating. The Spanish and Asian restaurants were fully booked for the entire week when we arrived, so we had buffet the first two nights. The Italian restaurant messed up our orders the times we were able to get it. Only the steakhouse and bartenders had good service. There was no nightclub as advertised—just an underwhelming sports bar. Sunscreen at the pharmacy was $44, so bring your own. They did set up a birthday surprise for me on our last day, which was nice, but it didn’t make up for the issues or the failed surprise for my boyfriend. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check-in was worst in my life, we was there at 10AM, they said that we have to wait to 12 and then we get room. At 12 we go to reception and our friends got room and our they said will be ready at 3PM. we go back there at 3.20PM and its take us 2 hours to get room!!! We was inside of our poor room at 5.45PM. Fridge at mini bar doesn't work, they replaced on third day. Half of lights doesn't work, we have leak from ceiling in bathroom, no make sesne to buy privilege....

Focus on fast check-ins. The pool tables and games must be free. Servers in the resort are not in the right numbers, some are not friendly or willing to serve you. You have to wait and call someone after 15 to 25 mins to get the stuff you wanted. Facilities are bit older and not well maintained

The room was is vey poor condition. There was mold on the back of the wood bathroom door. Shower had caulk everywhere. only 2 plugs in the room. Furnishings were of poor quality. Mattress was very firm. I booked a room with 2 double beds and got a king room.
