The infinity pool and adult area were under construction renovations. Alot of noise because of this by the only beach located in Minitas. We lost power and water for several hours. The cleaning staff could not provide any floor towels for the bathroom because they were short on them. No VIP Expedia room upgrade was given nor did the Expedia concierge explain anything upon arrival, service was not good from the beginning.

Service was sub par for what you pay, majority of the time we had to serve ourselves. Internet access was slow. Room was outdated for price you pay. Cleanliness is great, grounds are nice.
