This brand new and modern apartment offers you a relaxed and comfortable environment as well as spectacular sunset views.



It has two bedrooms. The master is equipped with a king bed, closet and bathroom. The secondary room features two twin beds, wardrobe and common bathroom.

Cana Bay is a gated community and is very safe. It has security guards 24/7, and enforces strict entry requirements. Therefore, each guest or visitor must be announced.



This modern apartment is, is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and living room with a couch for four people. From the living room guests access a private use terrace to enjoy in the company of family and friends, which in turn allows them to enjoy the view of the pool, golf course, and palm trees with unforgettable sunsets.

The apartment in CANA PEARL offers access to:



* Racket club with tennis courts and padel ($ - does not include court rentals).



* Cana Bay Beach Club. This spectacular high-end beach club boasts an infinity pool with stunning ocean views, a wide beach, and a la carte restaurant (Entrance is free, but the Beach Club requires a minimum consumption of US $35 US for adults and $10 for children - charged in advance as a deposit.



* Restaurantes: Ventana, Youyu, Montserrat & Pizza Art Cana Brava.



* Minimarket: La Isla Market & Rincon Gourmet



* Cana Bay/Hard Rock Golf Course - 18 holes ($ - Green Fee not included)



In addition, you can get a Hard Rock Day- or Night Pass to have access to more restaurants, pools, and entertainment. (must be requested 48 hours in advance and it is subject to availability.



I am in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after these hours I only receive emergency calls or messages.



- At the request of the community, guests must send a minimum of 24 hours prior to their arrival the photo of their passport or driver's license for the official customer registration (adults only).



- ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on the use of each client during their days of stay. The approximate cost of the energy is 20 Dominican Pesos per KW, they can be paid in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (please note that we must add US$7.00 bank transaction to the initial amount when paying by airbnb).

The same must be paid upon arrival in Cash, via airbnb or Credit Card (in case of credit card we must charge an extra 5.7%). The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after checking that there are no damages to it.

- The Private Beach Club is located 500 meters away on foot and 1 minute by car, a minimum fee is required to enter US$35 for adults and US$10 for children in exchange for food and drinks, etc. The closing time of the Beach Club is at 5:00pm.



- Before your arrival we recommend going to a supermarket. In the accommodation you will find drinking water, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent (a single wash), dishes, conditioner, shampoo and body soap. Each customer is responsible for replacement.



- Cruiser bikes are available for rent (includes delivery and helmet) depending on availability. The rental cost depends on the number of days



- Golf cart rental upon request, price and availability will depend on the dates and number of days.



- We can supply a portable baby cot free of charge upon request and subject to availability
