The condo was great very clean. The staff was great and very helpful. The shuttle to the beach was nice but limited on drop off and pick up times so we walked and it’s a long walk in the heat but worth it. The extra $15.00 per person to go on the beach every day was pretty expensive when you have a family but you can use the ticket toward food and drink at the restaurant on the beach they charge $40.00 charge to shuttle to the airport was a bit expensive

The Cana Brava Apartments are very nice. The room was nice, obviously newly furnished and had a working AC, plus a nice walk-in shower. The restaurant is good and prices are ok. Please be aware that the building is very remote, so a rental car is recommended. Walking distance to the Hardrock Casino is 10-15 Min. and to the Beach Club (highly recommended) like 25 Minutes.

There is no front office or staff. All communication was through What's App and was not very responsive. The room had paint peeling off the walls and getting on the couches. The room was listed to have a sofa bed, but it was just two couches that pushed together. There were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. The staff at the restaurant could not speak any English and still got orders wrong when pointing directly at the items on their own menu. The hotel itself is decent and the rooms were relatively modern and nice. If there was better management/communication it would have made for a much better experience.

If you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone.

Hard Rock and Golf access - Very Private

This is a lovely property and Elsa was a lovely host. I also engaged Franklin for some transport and he was very friendly, timely and an excellent driver. I was there for a multi-night concert at the Hard Rock and the location was perfect. Easy access to the venue and a quiet escape for my stay.
