Quiero mencionar primeramente a Michael en la Recepción, una persona excelente en el trato a los clientes, estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades y preocupado por el bienestar nuestro en el Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Willie at the front desk, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hospitality here truly stands out the restaurant staff are not only courteous but also incredibly attentive, making every meal a pleasure. The rooms offer a beautiful outdoor-inspired ambience that makes you feel connected to nature while still enjoying comfort and convenience. The food is absolutely delicious, with something to satisfy every craving. For non-Spanish speakers, communication is seamless since most of the staff speak English, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. This hotel delivers excellent service, delicious dining, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the very first moment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay!

This is a real gem of a hotel. From checking in to leaving, everything was great. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite, a wonderful room. The living and sleeping areas were clean and spacious, with a bathroom featuring a drench shower and two basins. An outdoor jacuzzi with a view of the hotel grounds completed the room. The food options were fresh (lots of salad, fresh fruit and vegetables and good quality meats), varied and plentiful, with food cooked to order if required. The pools were clean and safe with plenty of space around them to sit and enjoy the sun. There was a small beach area (where yoga classes, etc, were held) at the end of the swimming pool area. In addition to the main food area, we ate at one of the hotel’s restaurants (booking required), and the food there was excellent. The main reason for my score was the staff. Without exception, they were happy, helpful, cheerful people who gave the appearance of enjoying their work immensely. Particular mention must go to Alcides and Joan, who manned the bar; Milly and Joan, who served us in the main restaurant; and Annalina and Laudis, who managed the seating at the main restaurant. A very special mention must go to Kimberly at the front desk. She was so helpful, polite and friendly and made sure our stay was the best. Having travelled the world and stayed in countless hotels on business, she was one of the most impressive members of staff that I have ever met.

Our flight was significantly delayed and then cancelled. We booked Bakour late in the day as an affordable option to spend the extra night while we waited for the new flight we booked the next day. After a very long day we finally made it to the hotel, and what a welcome surprise. Nairoby and Willy at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Having only booked about an hour before arriving there was some question about our reservation, but it was quickly resolved. Expedia’s listing wasn’t completely accurate (about breakfast being included) but Willy and Nairoby helped us modify our reservation so we didn’t have to worry about meals for our family. I didn’t get the Bellman’s name but he was also so lovely and helped us make sure we had linens for the sofa bed for our young child. After a week at a different large all-inclusive property, Bakour has been a delightful respite. What a gem hidden in Punta Cana. Sadly we only have one night here, but I strongly recommend you look into this hotel for your trip! The buffet is small but the service was stellar. The rooms are sleek and clean. We didn’t get a chance to try the bar, but it looked like a good time. Housekeeping was so gracious to help us get the sofa bed made up at a late hour.

A/C in the rooms not effective. Food and Liquor Choice of Variety very limited. Other than the pool not other facilities for activates. No working phone to the reception, poor wifi, limited food menu and Varity, feels repeating the same thing over and over. Staffs are very good, big rooms, no idea why a full kitchen for a all inclusive resort.
