Pool was amazing with multiple bars close by. Beach is calm and relaxing with the swim with dolphins tour next door. Front desk staff, Seimy, Luis, and Nayrobie were amazing! Anna from buggy tours was so great too! Mr. Leandro and his restaurant staff were fantastic! I had the most amazing experience at this location. I visited other resorts when going on tour to pick up other groups and did not get the same good vibe as the Bakour Resort. Come here and enjoy this awesome view of Punta Cana.

The food, pool, beach and staff was amazing!!we did have some issues with our room we didn’t had hot water during our stay despite notifying the front desk to have it repaired it never resolved and we had a broken toilet seat upon arrival. Nice place and good value. Some units are better under renovation which can be disruptive. Beach is beautiful but they should extend internet to beach. As soon as you leave beach bar the internet is gone. Buffet was excellent. Asian and International restaurants were good but the Italian needs improvement.
