Estuvo bien, pero hemos vistado hoteles mucho mejor, fuimos de visita a una boda y la cordinación de la cordinadora del evento pésimo. No había organización, la comida llena de moscas, para nada empática. Nuestras habitaciones con una cama para nada cómoda, el matres duro, los buffec no tenían tanta variedad de alimentos. No permitían llevar nada a la habitación. En fín no los volvería a visitar

The only problem we had was with check-in, because I booked a room for two adults and a 13-year-old child, and the hotel charges an adult rate for children over 12. So we had to pay the difference right there, otherwise we couldn't check in. Everything else was excellent; the service and attention from the staff was spectacular. Yeison's attention was especially noteworthy, making my birthday incredibly special. We would gladly return.

Having stayed at many all inclusive Caribbean resorts here’s my take on Bahia Grand Turqusa *The staff is amazing everywhere* They are always willing to help and serve in the best way possible! Wish we had people who worked this hard in the US This hotel is part of 5 other hotels on 1 property and is NOT on the beach. There are trolley’s all over to hop on and off to get to the beach. This hotel is lower end, much older, and needs upgrades- old ripped towels, cracked dishes in the dining area, old plastic cups that drinks are served in. Get rid of bathtubs in the rooms! That is way outdated and 1 slip away from a huge disaster. I almost slipped 3 times getting in and out of the bathtub. Buffet food is ok, sometimes cold, not hot enough. Staff is always asking if you want water or a drink at your table. Nightly entertainment doesn’t start until 10pm! Every other all inclusive hotel I’ve stayed at the shows at night start at 9pm! Overall not bad for the value but will stay elsewhere next time.

Our stay at Bahia Principe Turquesa was better than expected. Not all but most of the food was really good at the buffet and the two restaurants we visited. The staff was nothing but short of amazing. They work really hard to keep the place clean, keep folks happy and entertained. Although the vicinity and rooms are outdated (including TV), they manage to keep it very clean. Our stay was overall comfortable. The ambiance at this specific resort was not really our vibe but we were able to enjoy it. There also seem to be a lot of Latino family, couples and friends from South America who vacate there, so they do play a lot of Spanish music. The only negative for us is that the resort is way too big because it includes several different types of Bahia resorts and the beach water wasn’t as pretty (the beach is far out from Turquesa). And also the outdated TV. The more recently renovated ones most likely do but the stay there tends to cost more. Overall, I would recommend for affordability and comfort but without the five star luxury feel. Also, PLEASE TIP THE WORKERS. They work so hard most of the time with long hours and 10 days straight for little. Tipping them $2-5 dollars here and there for meals, transportation, bar drinks. For 6 days, I spent $100 tipping. When you travel, please keep this in mind. They become even more happy and take great care of you when you do.
