The rooms were very outdated (only one outlet near the bed and it was loose) and the bed was hard as a rock. We called guest services multiple times and went to the desk in person to ask for wash cloths and more bottles of water but they never arrived.

All the little things that didn't happen added up: At arrival, no upgrade offer, no bottle of spirits, only an upSELL offer-only received the bottle of sparkling wine after follow-up survey. The bed was broken/hard. Had to sleep on it three nights before it was addressed appropriately. Asked at customer service on two separate days. Could never get our room stocked appropriately. Took two days of requests before we got our mini fridge stocked. Had to call down twice just to get bottled water to brush our teeth. Could never get consistent washcloths left in our room. Even calling about them didn't work. We finally had to horde them when we finally got a couple. Our bedsheet was taken and not replaced. Had to go into the housekeeping room and grab one myself. Resort rules were followed consistently. People were allowed to reserve beach chairs and come into our section when they weren't supposed to. Nothing came of going to customer service or even trying to find security, who couldn't speak english when I finally found one. However, I was denied access to the coffee machine at the restaurant next to the beach because I had a purple bracelet. If you have rules, follow them all or don't have them. We saved for this trip for a while and I expected at least basic things to be there. I ended up going to the beach at 0700 so that I could get a spot in the shade. I couldn't eat breakfast or get coffee unless I trekked it all the way back to my assigned restaurant

The staff is amazing, friendly, and will take care of any needs. The rooms were clean. The beds were harder than I preferred, and I would like to suggest ice buckets for the rooms. Great variety of food.

While the entertainment team and buffet were highlights of my stay, the room conditions and lack of basic infrastructure were completely unacceptable for a resort of this supposed caliber. Major Room Issues: • Maintenance: My first room was filthy, lacked blankets, had a broken toilet (fixed only on day two), and—unbelievably—had no power outlets. Even staff were shocked and suggested they would need to "install" them during my stay. • AC Failure: On the third day, the air conditioning stopped working entirely. • Room Change: We were moved to a second room that was in even worse condition than the first. Service & Facilities: • Operational Failures: We spent nearly an entire day at the front desk dealing with power and maintenance issues instead of enjoying our vacation. • Management: There is a total lack of management presence. While the frontline staff are nice, they are unsupported and unable to resolve serious problems. • Beach Inconveniences: The shuttle service is infrequent, requiring a 10-minute walk. There is only one restroom for the entire beach and an unnecessarily rigid, recorded system for towel collection. Verdict: If you enjoy great pool parties and good food, you may find some value here. However, if you expect functional room facilities and professional management, look elsewhere. This resort is significantly overrated

So many things wrong. Check in 2 hours adult only is right next to the hotel with kids so not really adults only. Offer upgrade but charge extra. Poor transportation within property and had to walk to find shuttles. Confusing. Much more

The staff was very friendly, pool and shared areas were very clean and the food was good. We did not have hot water in our shower for the first two days but they did fix it. The water for the jacuzzi never got hot. For the price, it was great.

Nice resort but even adults only is limted in dining & pool availability. Have been yelled at by guest services, scolded by bar tender because I accidently went to wrong bar and pool. Bugs are teerible and you will get eaten alive. Saw cocroach in lobby and in our room.

Room and facilities were good but all the restaurants were disaster. Food was a big disappointment. Lounge was full of mosquitos and flies. Drinks are bad and I had better in other resorts than here. There is no veg option so if you are looking for good food then look for some other resorts.

The staff was great. We unfortunately got what we paid for staying in (apparently) the oldest section of the resort. Our bed was hard as boards - I swear, I asked my new husband the first night if we should just fly home the next day. The rooms need to be completely redone honestly. The buffet was disappointing, and there were long stretches of time when you couldn't get food anywhere (and my husband is hypoglycemic). And the food at "snack bars" was awful. We enjoyed most of the restaurants though! And were thoroughly entertained in our adults only pool area. Would have been nice to have a hot tub or two, and that were usable in the evening. The "jacuzzi" was just a giant bubbles pool I did not understand the purpose of. Overall - mixed experience.

Great resort, wonderful views, clean beach and quiet room. We had a nice experience and really enjoyed our stay. Weather cooperates, staff was so careful and hard working. Resort wasn’t sleeping (live show every night, diferrent activities during a day) and foot was great. Restaurants a’la carte also did a good job. Definitely worth to come back. Spanish is a must (but English works as well) so I need to learn a bit.
