Had a great time! So blessed to have been able to celebrate my daughter’s 1st birthday with the Bahia Principe crew. Everyone was great, polite, professional and friendly. Food was good too!

The hotel staff are not friendly at all , items got stolen by the pool, bathroom has no cold water , we would shower before going to the room, pillows stinks, water park was closed, the reason I chose this hotel was water activity for my 2 years old granddaughter, will never go back again, But if you are interested in local culture go ahead they get very cheap deal to spend weekends there with their loud radio by the pool
