Horrible experience. The hotel turned off the power for maintenance while guests were staying there, without any prior notice. The power was out yesterday and again today for several hours. There was no food available, no water while the electricity was out, and no way to charge our phones. To make things worse, there were roaches in the room. Terrible experience.

El personal fue muy descortés desde la llegada. Duramos haciendo el check in casi una hora. El personal del bar del lobby fue muy descortés, así como otros a quienes le pedíamos ayuda para orientarnos hacía donde debíamos ir para encontrar el teatro. La calidad de la comida no fue tan buena. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, pero necesitan mejorar el servicio y el trato a los huéspedes

This property is beautiful and has so much potential, you don’t have to leave the property for nothing, it’s like a little town, it has it all, the food is either pretty good at one restaurant or pretty bad at the other, the buffet food was good overall. The room was clean and beautiful. They need to do a better job with check in because it took for ever and they don’t really keep track of the guest order of arrival at the adults reception it was really bad, also some of the staff were not friendly at all they would pass you by and not even say a word as simple as good morning or good afternoon. Bartenders will take forever to give you one drink and it looked like if they recognized your face or you was getting your second drink they take care of you first. I really recommend for them to implement a system for the adults reception where they can keep track of who came in first or who is next on those busy days, because when I was checking in it was a mess since they didn’t keep track of it and there was a lots of confusion.

It was the first time staying here and it was a wonderful experience! We loved how beautiful and clean it is and I can’t stress enough how wonderful our butler Oliver was! He went above and beyond and every time I return from now on I won’t stay unless he’s my butler!!! Debra with the entertain group was hilarious! All the staff at the restaurants were amazing! I will return to this amazing resort!
