My husband and I stayed at this resort in April. We booked with Expedia, and we were upgraded to a room with a private pool area. It was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did experience not having warm water to take a shower. We had to take cool showers; it was bearable, and we didn't make a stink about it. The overall service of the resort was very nice, and the issue with the shower was easy to overlook. We would stay again. Beautiful resort overall.
