The staff were extremely rude and made me spend nearly an hour proving that I had already made payment. I was repeatedly told I was wrong and instructed to call their reservations department to “prove” it. Even after the purser provided several personal documents confirming the payment, only then did the hotel acknowledge they had been misinformed. There was no sincere apology just a dismissive “okay, you can go.” Completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
