Great property in a good location. Handy for the bus depot two blocks away if you are heading north into the Patagonia tourist areas. Breakfast was excellent in a very pleasant dining area. Staff helpful

The Cabo de Hornos is wonderful! I stayed one night on the way home from Patagonia, and found it comfortable, lovely, welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommend to travelers. The staff was particularly helpful.

This is a lovely hotel... historic charm, views of the strait or the central park, beautifully appointed, great rooms and great staff. Andres at the bell desk was really warm and helpful. The only downside was the room heating not working, inspite of the engineer's efforts. But the weather was fine, so it didn't bother us. It was ideal for our short stop in the town, providing easy access to restaurants and places to see. They have a lively restaurant on site that also serves a good breakfast.

1. The room door was locked. 2. The TV wasn't working properly; it was on only one channel. They had to change my room, which meant having to go through the inconvenience of moving me from Tower 1 to Tower 2.

The decor and feel of the hotel is wonderful, from the lobby to the room, it’s beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the staff are lovely. Opposite the square, and walkable to the bus terminal, cafes, restaurants etc. Would recommend to anyone staying in Punta Arenas.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the Punta Arenas town square. My wife and I arrived late and left early so we didn't get to useany amenities but the room was exceedingly clean and comfortable.and the hotel was gorgeous. Honestly, I was shocked with how nice it was - definitely exceeded expectations. Also the bed and shower were both excellent. Would highly recommend staying here if looking for a place in Punta Arenas. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time here.

Very central, comfortable, quiet and friendly

Very good stay and good value, booked online very easily. Everything worked smoothly, rapid check in on arrival, nice spatious and very clean room, quiet. In the 'new' tower part so very fresh appearance. Comfortable large bed, good shower and bathroom, good internet access. Breakfast extensive and fresh. Daytime and evening menu also good. Dining area also part of the upgrade only a few years ago and a good spatious area and atmosphere. All staff friendly. Check out as rapid as check in.

Our stay at Hotel at Hotel Cabo de Hornos was perfect, we had a lovely, comfortable room, the gym is clean and modern, staff super helpful and kind. Great breakfast and the hotel is beautiful. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!
