Exceptional Stay – Faultless Service! I had a truly wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Pune. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing—welcoming, efficient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The hotel's services are top-notch; the laundry service was prompt and returned everything in pristine condition. Additionally, the dining options on-site are fantastic. The interior of the property is very shabby. The couches in the lobby, and everywhere in the hotel was very dirty and stained. The train horn specially in the night and early morning makes it difficult to sleep but the staff is very helpful, friendly.
