My stay here was splendid - My wife and I loved it here and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! We had a early morning flight (6:30 am) and the staff here prvided us packed breakfast with fresh fruits promptly before we left - all we had to do was inform them a day prior and that’s it! We weren’t expecting this kind of service! Suffice to stay - this is our go to place everytime we are in Pune

Taj is known for its service and the rest of the competition doesn’t even come close! It’s the attention to the details that makes the difference and that is ingrained in the staff - Aabid Shenaz and Neha at front desk and Dimple and Balaji in latitude restaurant are prime examples. Keep up the great work! AR - Frequent Guest
