Please use the outdoor shower before swimming. Private mini gym with elliptical machine, dumbbells, jump rope, and exercise boards.



Pets are allowed on request, always leashed and without persistent barking. No parties are allowed at night. The community values peace and does not tolerate noise during quiet hours to ensure everyone's comfort.
