Unpleasant communication with the property

On the day of our arrival, we had an issue and were unable to reach the property until the following day. Although the house itself wasn’t bad, the pool was delivered dirty, there weren’t enough sheets or towels, and some of the windows didn’t close properly — including the front door, which meant there was no security. The worst part was the interaction with the property owner, which was unpleasant. Moreover, the documentation provided with the house rules was incomplete — for example, it didn’t mention that a deposit was required or that parking inside the property was prohibited. This led to tension with the owner, even though we never intended to cause any issues. In our opinion, the price-quality ratio was not adequate.
