Entire facility is old and run down. The room felt dirty and smelled wet. The sofas bed cushion was like sleeping on paper, no spring left. The carpet was dirty. The TVs were old and fuzzy. Worst part was the breakfast ran out of food. The guy working said he didn’t want to make more because there was only 20 min before breakfast ends but it ran out 20 min before that. The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Skip this place at all costs

We have stayed here before and not had issues, however, this time, we weren't as happy with our stay. We booked a 2 queen room, they tried to put us in a 1 king room so that had to be changed. Housekeeping was not good at all, the floors looked gross, the room was dusty, they didn't bring clean towels and threw the coffee and creamer packets on the dresser. The water pressure was the worst I have ever experienced, it was a nightmare to wash long hair. The beds were comfortable but other than that, it wasnt great. For the money we paid, it wasn't worth it.

The property was fine, in a good location, clean and reasonably priced. There isn't much better in Pullman, so it is a good place to stay if you are visiting the area. Moscow has shopping and lots to do. There are a few swimming lakes in the area that are worth a visit during the summer months about 40 min away, which was where I spent most of my time.

i booked the room and didn't even stay, that's how horrible the bed was. once i sat on it i left. sleeping on the floor was more comfortable than that bed.
