The pool and hot tub was out of order and couldn’t be used. The rooms smelled terrible, there waa a gap between the room door and its frame, so someone could easily peek in. The bathroom door frame was completely corroded. My son took a shower and the pipes “played” a high note sonata which wasn’t nice at night. Beds are very uncomfortable, pillows terrible, breakfast very poor. Not going back there.

Convenient location close to University of Idaho

The location was a within walking distance of a Walmart and Applebees so it’s pretty convenient. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and when I decided to extend my stay an additional day, it was easy and uneventful as it should be.

When we checked in, the young lady looks like she would rather be somewhere else. We used to like staying here because of the friendliness in checking in. We felt welcome. This time even if we passed by, the young doesn’t even look at. She should be in the front. The service we got the next day for breakfast. The young gentleman who was cleaning was nice enough to look at us and nodded. The breakfast was good, the scramble egg not too rubbery. The staff that checked us out was nice and pleasant.
