On the ground floor you will find an open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals, including coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster, and you don't even have to worry about doing the dishes - there is even a dishwasher. The living room has a large corner sofa, a smart TV with Netflix and stereo speakers. All rooms are air conditioned and have two exits to the outdoor terrace with a swimming pool.
The villa has 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with double beds, TV, wardrobes and a desk, and 1 room also has an exit to the balcony. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the ground floor. There is also a guest toilet.
