We had a wonderful experience! The accommodation is very beautiful, ceru clean, and welcoming, exactly as shown in the pictures. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The host is extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and all you need. I recommend this place from all my heart and we will definitely return!

Sehr schön und ruhig

Wer in Pula nach einer entspannten und gemütlichen Unterkunft sucht, ist hier richtig. Sauber, die Bäder sehr schön und alles sa was man im Urlaub brauchen könnte. Unsere Gastgeberin war super hilfsbereit und total nett. Apfelsinen, Eier, Tomaten und sogar für den Grill Cevapcici wurde uns gebracht. Der Strand in 3,5 km war nicht unser, aber mit der Bereitschaft auch 20 min zu fahren, kommt man an die schönsten Strände. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein super Ferienhaus für erholsame Tage!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Alexandra. Das Haus war absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeberin A.war äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und höflich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend, ideal zum Entspannen und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich für die tollen Tage Vorort.

Haus ist praktisch aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Inventar im Guten Zustand. Ruhige Lage. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Eine schöne Zeit

haben wir hier verbracht. Die überaus freundlichen Vermieter, die uns zudem mit allerlei Eiern, eigenem Olivenöl, Sachen aus dem Garten und sogar leckerem gegrillten versorgten, kann man nur loben.   Wir waren für 4 Wochen vor Ort und haben dabei 2 Wochen im Home Office gearbeitet, was mit dem vorhandenen WLAN möglich war.   Alles was für einen solchen Aufenthalt notwendig ist, war vor Ort. Die Räume besitzen alle eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.  Ganz lieben Dank  K., B., M.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren im Oktober `24 drei Wochen in dem FerienhausAleksandra,das Haus war super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet,es fehlte nichts.A. die super nette Vermieterin,beglückte uns jede Woche mit leckeren Sachen.Der Standort ländlich,ruhig und perfekt für Ausflüge.Wir waren begeistert wie grün und schön Istrien ist.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!Grüße aus Hof,W. und V.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in diesem tollen und vor allem sehr sauberen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei aber nie aufdringlich. Auch hat sie uns mit Obst, Gemüse, Öl, Eiern etc. versorgt. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits im Grünen, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Pula, Premantura etc. sind aber sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Haus wurde super in Schuss gehalten und sogar sehr verbessert.  Es gibt ein zusätzliches modernes Bad, es wurde gemalert und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Auch die Betten hatten neue Matratzen. Auch so fehlt es an nichts in der Unterkunft. A. ist auch eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Hat man sehr selten. Sie haben uns in allen Belange geholfen, hat immer sehr guten Tipps für Restaurants und zum Einkaufen. Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ist nicht mehr sehr gut. Sie ist durchgehangen, könnte man mal ersetzen. Dafür waren die Betten im 2 Zimmer ausgezeichnet.

Jahresurlaub in Pula

Neues und sauberes Haus, modern eingerichtet, sehr nette Vermieter, wir haben 3 mal frische Eier bekommen. Die Außenanlagen sind noch neu, wenig grün, die Terrasse ist noch nicht ganz fertig. Die Mülldeponie ist sehr nah, aber wir haben sie nur einmal per Geruch wahr genommen, sehr zentral gelegen, wir sind mit dem Fahrrad überall schnell hingekommen. Mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, Auto kann auf dem verschlossenen Grundstück abgestellt werden. Wir waren zufrieden.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung modern und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jedes Zimmer verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, was widerrum bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Pula sind sehr gut und die Strände in Verudela einfach traumhaft. Zu erwähnen auch die schöne Stadt Rovinj.

Top Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Sehr zu empfehlen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Auto erforderlich. Internet die meiste Zeit gut.
