Just a few minutes from Exit 22 of the A5 highway (Magnant), Marie and Frédéric welcome you to their charming, comfortable, and bright vacation rental in the small village of Puits-et-Nuisement. Tourist Attractions: 10 km from the Nigloland amusement park, 15 km from the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient (swimming, fishing, water sports, bike paths), 6 km from the Ermitage Golf Course, wine cellar tours and Champagne tastings..., the Renoir Museum, the medieval city of Troyes and its factory outlets... Single-story house featuring a spacious living/dining room with a large connected flat-screen TV and a fully equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 cm), 1 twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190 cm) with a smart TV in each bedroom, a beautifully decorated bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a garage (for bikes or motorcycles), and a foosball table. You’ll have access to a fenced-in lot of 1,200 m² with a lovely, unobstructed view of the Champagne plains. Sheets and towels provided; utilities included. Crib and high chair available upon request. Dogs weighing less than 15 kg are accepted (one maximum) for an additional fee; no cats allowed. Outdoor areas feature a swing, a foosball table, and children’s play equipment. A cleaning deposit check in the amount of 80€ will be required upon arrival.
