Took the money twice

I've paid twice. Once through Hotel.com and the hotel take me the money as well. And they told me that they can't give me the money back because my account is not French. So it was really expensive.

Petit déjeuner à 9,50 € a l air copieux mais un peu cher Accueil par une machine d'utilisation peu commode , appel à la plate-forme pour obtenir le code d accès hors reception humaine.
