    Our villa is a large, newly built villa (220 m² of living space, 70 m² of outbuildings, and 120 m² of terrace) located in Pugny-Chatenod, 5 minutes from Aix-les-Bains. It was built in 2020, combining a modern style with a partially wooden structure. It is located in a beautiful Savoyard village near Le Bourget-du-Lac (10 minutes) and Le Revard (20 minutes).
    It offers every comfort with its many amenities (foosball, board games, game room, etc.), its pool (4x9 meters, 1.40 meters deep), and its two beautiful terraces—perfect for enjoying lunch, drinks, and dinner.
    Minimum 7-night stay, Saturday to Saturday.
    Make yourself comfortable in your villa. There's a private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre maison ! La maison est très belle et pratique pour les vacances avec une grande pièce de vie, différents étages et terrasses pour profiter de la vue magnifique sur les montagnes et le lac du Bourget. La piscine est superbe et très bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre maison.
