We really enjoyed our stay! The best part was the amazing entertainment—there were activities for both adults and kids all day long, so no one ever got bored. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the resort had a great atmosphere. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, as it was quite slow. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily come back

lack of elevators was the only downside to the resort if you have walking issues, otherwise food was excellent, and so were the staff. Entertainment fantastic, so much better than at Punta Cana. Will certainly revisit. Desk manager Sofia extremely accomodating, housekeeper Mercedes wonderful.

I didn’t like the room i think it needs repairing all wall because it is leaking water from the wall you can see it outside and all the days that i stay it was wet in the door, and there was nothing to drink in the room they don’t put any water or refreshmet!! My kids was complaint all the time because thebeach was so far!! I don’t recommend this resort.👎

Very quite place to relax and lay back from the city craziness. For the deal we got it was an amazing experience. We are going back for sure. The food was really good too, variety and well done. Honestly, nothing to complaint about it. I recommend it. This was my first experience in an all inclusive resort, and I am glad I did it. Very satisfied.
