These Hotel has outdated rooms , beach area and chairs are not well keep , not many variety of food. LONG line for drinks because they have one bar. Many people smoking all around they had no designated area for smoking . One of our rooms door looked never closed and the air wasn't working. We had to move are kids to our room safety

Staff at the bar not helpful, Coffee machine was broken at multiple times so hard to get coffees,espresso and hot water for tea. Staff at the bar not polite and it seems they needed more staff to serve crowd especially on the weekend. Lines at the bar too long and only bar serving the whole hotel. Very poor quality of drinks. Staff had excuses for almost every request at the bar.

The Room Items( the Iron, Ironing Board Weren't in Good Working Condition. The TV. Didn't have. ESPN Available, and the Games that I was able to get. Was in the Spanish Language only. And after Paying for my Full All Inclusive package fir Myself and my Guest. I thought a Laundry service( for 10-12 items of Clothing would be a free Service!!! When I Checked Out, I was Charged $33 for 12 items !! Which wasn't Good.

The resort was okay. I am in my early 20’s with a 2yr old and there weren’t that many activities to do. As someone that goes to a lot of resorts and has been there many years back it was disappointing. There wasn't a variety of food and a small resort overall. I had to check out the next day and contacting them for a refund has been a headache.
