Hotel is a 5/5 great attention from staff, clean room, AC works make sure you lower the temp to 16. This a great place to relax with your partner. No loud music you could bring your small speaker to enjoy low music. This more of a relaxation adult resort. The food was great from breakfast all the way to dinner. The club is clean and big music is nice all type of music. I will definitely come back. The pool view is amazing specially the one that looks directly at the beach , which is open until midnight.

The place could use some updating, the front desk , bellsman, housekeeping, spa employees were amazing. Restaurant staff are very nonchalant and not too friendly. Again the place could use some updates.

Staff was excelente! Food was ok not the best. We have been to many all inclusive adult only and family and this one was not the greatest. The music in the adult section sounded like elevator music all day also no activities at all. We were not able to take any food to the rooms and no room Service. I guess to just disconnect from the world it’s ok.

Great views. The hotel itself was not impressive. The adults only resort is actually part of a family resort and was full of children. With the exception of 2 pools. The taxi’s block uber drives and drive up the fees. Would not go back.
