Our VIP Room was comfortable and spacious! The swim up room was a special treat. Our housekeeping staff was wonderful. The Spa was relaxing and professional. Rosa and Andres were fantastic and very professional. The wait staff in the main dining area were attentive and helpful while the wait staff in the VIP dining were nice but could benefit from some additional training.
