Where to start... The pictures on the site is not what the pictures look like in the room. It is a big complex, it shows the room of the villas, rooms if you sign up to their vacation club/timeshare. My family was there for a week; they can only book you for two restaurants on the site. The other nights you have eaten the same buffet. Also, the restaurants advertised on the website, you can not eat there unless you are a member of the vacation club. The television didn't work all week, also no wifi all week. The entertainment stops at 10 pm on site. So you are forced to go to sleep early because there is nothing else to do but look at the walls in the room. All bottom shelf alcohol, my suggestion when land by alcohol at the airport and take it with you. My room key stopped every night. I had to get it fixed everyday which was aggravating. Overall, I hated my experience and will not ever return.
The only great thing was our Expedia lady, who helped book our excursions, meals, and room exchange. She was so, so nice. We understood she didn't make our experience horrible; she did all she could to make it better, but a lot of things were out of her control.
