First time staying at the Lifestyle crown residence suites and I loved it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the time Making sure that everything was okay. The suite was very clean, the food at the restaurants was vey good. Thanks to the guy at the front desk who made the check-in so easy, and to Jenifer Perez for calling me next morning of our arrival to make sure that everything was okay or if i needed anything else. We will definitely come back again.

They offer you a contract and show you all rooms that you can have access if you part of their membership. You spend all day and the beginning they just tell you that they gonna give you a tour but at the end they want you to accept the contract to become member and they get mad at you just because you don’t want that contract. Food is bad . Everything is fare away , u have to take a bus to go anywhere .

The property was good. The best restaurant was the blue lagoon. We had a couples massage that was outstanding; thank you Aracely and Reina. We went on an excursion to ride horses on the beach, which was very nice. Some of the restaurants did leave a little bit to be desired and having to take a shuttle everywhere wasn’t always fun. However, the staff at the resort is it’s best asset. Friendly, caring, accommodating, they made it all worthwhile!

The room was great! Very clean and spacious. Most people in our group of 9 got sick. Not sure if from food or drinks… if you’re a nonmember, you do not have access to any of the nicer amenities. The resort layout is confusing, not very easy to navigate by walking.

Bathroom was nasty, the AC broke down 2 times and wouldn’t cool the room. The Shuttle is a mess non friendly drivers and doesn’t pass by enough your better of walking. Some staff members seem as if they didn’t want to be there and did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The Hotel has plenty of things to do with good pools nice beach and great entertainment.
