We use a high-performance ozone generator to sanitize the apartment after every guest's check-out.

Rates include all house charges: bed sheets, towels, gas, water filtration system (hot and cold), cable TV, and 20 MB unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi with fiber optic.
The electricity will be billed separately according to consumption and must be paid in cash at check out.
