Terrible stay, short staffed. No one available at reception once we arrived. We asked to see the room before fully checking in and the room had bad odor, carpets with black stains, bathroom smelled like piss. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone looks like it’s abandoned. 100% lack of administration. Looks like a ghost town. I refused to stay in such conditions they have a non refundable policy which is such a SCAM! they could not refund our money back. I made my reservation at 2pm the same day only 1hour before check-in and went to check in at 3pm. The receptionist spoke to me over the phone and assured me that if I was to cancel I would not receive a refund back and advise me to deal directly with Expedia for further assistance. No one else in the hotel available to help me in person. Expedia tried reaching out to the lobby but of course there was no one available because the only receptionist on payroll was out for the day. They refused to give me my money back or give me another room they completely refused to do anything. This was a complete mess and will never pay ahead for a reservation without seeing the hotel in advance. Don’t go off there RATINGS they clearly purchased there reviews. I made the mistake of going off there photos and reviews. Everything is outdated They just want your money don’t make the same mistake i did.
