The staff was excellent. They were so kind and willing to help. The room, however, we did not get a new clean washcloth at all. A couple times we had to asked for towels, and the water was not that warm, but we weren't in the room that long, so those are just minor things that the we found. All in all we had a fabulous experience with you.
This was the swim up pool bar that we spent a lot of time at.

Run down room. Broken soap dispenser. Broken bathroom door nob that had metal sticking out that ripped my shirt. I had to call front desk to fix it. No chair to sit inside room.

Truly adults only unlike other adults only resorts that have shared common areas with children. The staff is amazing. The entertainment was fun, the food was pretty good, the green areas of the resort are beautiful as well as the wildlife however, the buildings and rooms are very, very outdated.

The front desk staff was rude, they spent zero time telling me about the property even after I told them I had never been there, the property is run down, there were never any beach towels so you had to use the same one all week, the loungers had holes, you had to beg for coffee, the alcohol they carry if awful, the food was poor, the room ac barely worked and you could see daylight through my roof, and they didn’t stop play loud music until after 2am, save your money and go somewhere else

Room was in terrible condition furniture was literally rotting. Had no service and WiFi only worked 60% of the time. I guess that’s why the price was so low 5 out of ten definitely. Drink were literally rubbing alcohol

The whole resort needs a renovation. The bathroom ceiling had a leak. The only thing good in the room was the air conditioner. The food variety was not that good; it seemed like the same food every day. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Whole resort was sparse. Alcohol was lacking unless you paid $5 a shot for it. Place was run down and needs a lot of TLC to be “resort” status. Would definitely look for a better place if I ever came back.

It is obvious that the 4 star or higher reviews are either fake or paid for because Blue Bay is a complete dive. The rooms are disgusting and the room you see online is clearly a model room only. The door keys seem to reset at midnight and we had to get a new key literally every day. The food is truly gross and the only saving grace is the fresh salad. The alcohol is local and if you want actual good alcohol you have to pay for it. The staff is rude save maybe two which is surprising given these people work for tips. If I could give a negative rating I would, it was a waste of time and money and we will never return. The entire place needs to be shut down and go through a full mold remediation and remodel.

Staff was great and very accommodating. The food was decent. Room was clean but outdated. The bathroom sink had very low water pressure and wifi didn't work in the room. Those were the only issues I had. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
