The space
- This is a three-story duplex featuring six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
- There’s two half bathrooms for guests in the common area on the entrance level of the first floor (on both sides).
- The living room(s) feature a ceiling fan and large windows
- Unlike a typical three-floor layout, this home has its entrances on the first floor, with two bedrooms located on the second floor of each side (total 4), and the third bedrooms o each side on the lowest level, which also includes kitchenette, Casa Mango has a small living room, and both sides access the pool and patio area.

- The pools can be accessed from all three floors .
- The entrance doors are equipped with smart locks for added security.

- Parking is free and gated, accommodating two large vehicle or four small ones. Other vehicles can park in the outer parts of the duplex villa

Other things to note
- The living room features a ceiling fan and large windows that bring in a refreshing breeze and provide stunning views. However, during the summer months, the breeze may be less pronounced than in other seasons.
- Please note that the living room windows are not gated or screened; children should be supervised at all times in this area and throughout the house, including the pool.
- Surrounded by trees near the mountains, you may encounter bugs and other tropical creatures, though we fumigate regularly to minimize this.
- Essential toiletries are provided (starter kit).
- An emergency inverter is available to provide lighting and fans for the first two floors in the event of power outages that occasionally occur in the Dominican Republic.
