Nuestra estadía fue la segunda semana de octubre y aún estaba en reparación por los daños causados por un tornado. Mi habitación estuvo en el segundo piso y daba hacia el lago, pero no se ve desde el segundo piso, veíamos maquinaria para reparar los pisos de arriba, pero no nos sentimos incomodados por el ruido. El cuarto era espacioso, el baño funcionaba correctamente y todo se veía limpio. El desayuno es completísimo y hay mucho por disfrutar cada mañana con toda la variedad que tiene. El único problema que tuve fue un cobro doble, pero fue solucionado durante la semana. Todo el personal fue amable, servicial y siempre vi sonrisas y cuidado en hacer de nuestra estadía algo memorable.

Well located hotel in Puerto Varas. Excellent breakfast. Handy onsite parking. Really large comfortable room which was quiet at night. The rooms are a bit dated and on the tired side. Could use a bit of a refresh but a great choice for a few days in the region.

Perfect experience

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Great price but most of all the staff was spectacular. Friendly and helpful would be an understatement. The front desk as well as the morning restaurant staff seemed to continually go above and beyond to make it an excellent experience for me. Breakfast display was delightful with always fresh fruit and proteins ( I didn’t eat the large assortment of pastries) I left for 10 days to Cochamo and when I returned they remembered everything we liked and would want. Above and beyond service. Also, location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the main grocery store 2 mins to restaurants and shopping and beach. Highly recommend
