We had a spacious suite, which was a generous upgrade, as our room was no longer available. The balcony looks directly at Osorno Volcano and there is a beach directly across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast and also tried the onsite restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t hear other guests or noise from outside. Simply a great stay!

The staff was lovely! The view, stunning. The cleanliness of the hotel was where it was lacking for me. The pool water was very dirty too. There was an event with very very loud music going until 3am in the hotel too, and we could hear it very loud in our room, unfortunately.

The toilet in room 308 is difficult to use because the heating pipes and toilet paper holder are right in front of the toilet bowl! Also, I should not be charged IVA as a foreign tourist! The staff and breakfast were excellent!

The inginity lake view from the room with the volcano in the background is worth everything, especially when combined with a great breakfast and a nice pool and sauna area. The room is very good as well though some small renovations can take it a step further. The hotel as charm and the staff is very nice. Highly recommended.

Of all the places we stayed in our travels throughout southern Chile, this was probably my favorite! Puerto Varas is beautiful and has a lot to offer. This hotel is across the street from the lake and has stunning views of the three volcanos near Osorno. The bathroom is huge and the beds are comfy. The room was clean and quiet--in fact, the whole hotel was quiet! There was a raging party in the event room downstairs during our stay and we didn't hear a thing on the 5th floor. You can walk everywhere in Puerto Varas from this hotel and I saw a lot of non-Chilean tourists staying here. Most of the staff speaks English and are very accommodating. We are planning another trip and I can't wait to return to the Bellavista!

We paid for a suite with a hot tub. We got no heating, no hot water, a broken tv and no hot tub! The manager told us on our next visit from England we would be compensated if we stayed there again! No apology or explanation.

Only a good view. Bad service

The hotel in in a great location. The room is fine and has a great view. But service is bad and nobody cares. We have a small issue at breakfast that could have been easily solved if they were oriented to client service, but it escalated and went unsolved, offering us to fill a form, even when we tried to complain to management. We are not coming back, of couse. There are many other good hotels in the area.

Not as expected.

I will start with positives; reception staff very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a lovely range of food from sweet to savoury. I had a lovely large room with a view of the lake. Nice bathroom with bath, too. However, sadly the room was very noisy at night from cars and wind outside and noises in the corridor - perhaps better insulation is needed. The rooms were also either very hot or very cold. There were heaters but no AC so temp control especially at night very difficult as I didn’t want to leave window open due to noise. Finally, when I arrived I was informed that the pool was broken as the heater wasn’t working and I couldn’t use it. This was my main reason for choosing this hotel as I am rehabbing an injury so very disappointing.

El personal del front desk es muy poco simpático .

Solicitamos y pagamos una habitación triple para 3 mujeres y nos dieron una habitación pequeña con cama matrimonial y un catre con un televisor arriba de la cabeza. Cuando llegamos le dijimos que queríamos ir a la pisicina y nos dijeron que ya estaba todo reservado ese día y al otro. Y después no llamaron si queríamos ir a la piscina 23:30 hs ( quien va a esa hora ?). Muy poco simpáticas las chicas del front desk .
